Dragons have captured our imaginations since childhood, appearing in stories of adventure, flight, and ancient mysteries. Dragon energy helps us build inner strength and reclaim our personal power. 

This meditation is designed to help you harness the dragon energy we all carry—a symbolic connection to our higher selves, protection, and the elemental forces of existence.

Please bring yoga mats pillows, and blankets for lying down and being comfortable. Chairs are available if you do not want to lie down.

Bobbie Jo Kuhl is a Psychic Medium, Channeler, Shaman, Tarot/Oracle Card Reader, and an Energy/Sound Therapist. She has studied many years with several shamans from different cultures while learning from experiences through ceremony, channeling, being a massage therapist and constantly continuing her education in metaphysics and the spiritual world. Bobbie Jo has focused on customizing her practice to help many different types of people through one-on-one sessions and offering several different guided meditations. She is passionate about promoting self-care by helping people relax and remember the importance of focusing on body, mind and spirit. When we take care of ourselves, we have more compassion and love for all of existence.
