Brandon Sterling
Although not born in Rapid City, Brandon Sterling grew up here and has always considered it home. A 2007 graduate of Stevens High School, Brandon went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming. His career has taken him around the world as an entertainer for Norwegian Cruise Lines, a music director for Norwegian Creative Studios, and a dueling piano bar performer.

South Dakota. He is now finishing a Doctor of Arts degree at the University of Northern Colorado.
Brandon recently served as the choir director at Stevens High School during the Fall 2025 semester. He is also blessed to serve as the Music Director for the Black Hills Spiritual Center
for Peace, a community that continually renews and inspires him. In August 2025, Brandon opened his own piano studio in Rapid City, and he looks forward to continuing his work as a musician, educator and collaborator in the place he is proud to call home.
